And yet...
We have a way to make a difference.
Kids Against Hunger is a nonprofit organization with the mission to significantly reduce the number of hungry children in the USA and to feed starving children throughout the world. The South Metro satellite (KAH-SM), located at The Urban Refuge, was launched in March of 2008. Though KAH-SM will ship food to wherever there is need, we have developed special relationships with organizations in Haiti and Nicaraugua. We are working with these organizations to make sure that the food gets delivered directly to the people who need it without delays or interference.
Although KAH-SM utilizes space, web hosting, and other support graciously provided by The Urban Refuge, KAH-SM is a nondenominational humanitarian organization.
